Appraisal Toolkit is a user-friendly solution which supports clinical and administrative staff in the management and completion of clinical appraisals, within both primary and acute trusts. It fully automates the appraisal and revalidation process, saving time and effort.

The Toolkit combines an online portfolio and an integrated Multi-source Feedback application with a platform to complete strengthened appraisal documentation. It assists with the revalidation process, helping organisations to meet the requirements of the latest MAG, GMC and RST guidance.
