Quality Improvement Service
The Quality Improvement Service - Assure and Reporter

Clarity Informatics is committed to helping healthcare professionals improve the quality of patient care.
The Quality Improvement Service is a comprehensive programme that enables healthcare workers to measure and benchmark performance, as well as facilitates changes in practice to improve the patient experience and care. The Quality Improvement Service (QIS) has proven to reduce post-care complications and re-admissions. It also cuts unnecessary expenditure within an organisation, whilst maintaining a high level of care.
QIS is supported by data collection and reporting tools - Clarity Assure and Clarity Reporter - and is already implemented in the North West and South East regions. Performance, quality improvement initiatives and challenges are often discussed at facilitated meetings of front-line clinicians, allowing for a collaborative approach. Our aim is to take a positive approach to learning from those that perform the best and to motivate individuals to provide the highest quality of care possible.
