Appraisals and revalidation are an integral part in any practising Clinician's life and often require a large amount of clerical work. Clarity Informatics is committed to creating software solutions that ease the burden on healthcare professionals and free up front-end clinical staff to continue focussing on patient care. 

Clarity Informatics has provided the NHS Appraisal Toolkit since 2002 and is proud to have helped Doctors complete over 160,000 appraisals electronically. With the first revalidation cycle beginning in April 2012, the current systems no longer meet the needs of healthcare professionals and a new solution is overdue. Clarity aims to collate information in one easy-to-manage appraisals toolkit to bring staff together and make the process of appraisal more smooth and painless. For the last few years, we have been developing a new system to fully support appraisals and revalidation - Appraisal Toolkit 2011 has been in pilot within the NHS for over a year. The toolkit supports strengthened appraisals and allows for reporting across the board, making the administration of appraisals as easy as possible.

Appraisal Toolkit is available to purchase in its current form at http://appraisals.clarity.co.uk and customers who are currently using this system will be upgraded to Appraisal toolkit 2011 after September at no additional cost. Please note that in order to be transferred to the new software, the current appraisal must be completed.
