Demonstration Access

We are proud to have launched the new Appraisal Toolkit for both Primary and Secondary Care organisations in October. If you would like the opportunity to explore Appraisal Toolkit 2011, please read the following instructions and click the button at the bottom of the page to start the demo.

This demonstration can be accessed either as a Primary Care user or as a Secondary Care user. Usernames and passwords to log on are provided below. Please note that the Primary and Secondary Care log in credentials will give access to slightly different versions of the Toolkit, tailored to meet the needs of those users in Primary and Secondary Care respectively. 

You are able to use the system in several capacities: as a Clinician, an Appraiser or a Responsible Officer. If you wish to change your role during the demonstration, click on the user name (top right toolbar of the screen) and then choose "Change Active Role" to be taken back to the initial choice screen. Demonstration access with Appraisal Admin functionality is available upon request.

Capture

Please take the opportunity to try out all the system features: enter non-sensitive data, upload mock files and amend your details. However, please note that the site will be restored to its default status every 24 hours, so any data entered will not be saved.

Please be aware that this demonstration is available to all and there may be more than one user accessing the same appraisal at a time. This means that you may find some of supporting information has been added/deleted from the appraisal as you are viewing. Don't panic - this is a demonstration site and this situation would not occur in the live Appraisal Toolkit 2011.
